Wroclaw is a substantial city in west Poland (population 650,000) some 100 km from the German border and 470 km from Warsaw. The development is situated adjacent to the Korona shopping centre on the north side of Wroclaw on the junction of ul. a Krzywoustego and aleja Poprzeczna.
Totalling around 65,000 m2 of net retail accommodation in the first phase, the Helical retail park will be the largest retail park scheme in Poland and one of the largest in Europe. A further 20,000 m2 of accommodation will be constructed as a second phase.
Opole is located approximately 40km to the East of Wroclaw on the A4 motorway, with approximately 130,000 inhabitants the city is the administrative centre of the Opole province. It benefits from very low unemployment (circa 6%) and one of the highest in terms of income per capita (PLN 3,000 per month).
